Prior to establishment of PTA on January 1, 2000, Michael was a Senior Manager in the PricewaterhouseCoopers’ State Tax Consulting Group, overseeing over 30,000 parcels annually. Michael specializes in the real property tax appeal process for income-producing properties, and has handled personal and real property consulting for both large and small portfolio clients.
